Bond Safe is a FREE service to the applicant and cannot be held liable for any dispute between the applicant and a third party or Managing Agent. Bond Safe will hold all applications for a period of five years unless the application is updated then Bond Safe will hold the application for a further five years from that date. Bond Safe is not responsible or liable for damages caused by a power outage or any other reason preventing access to the application.
